Access to (5) community pools during summer months with membership included in rent, and tons of area restaurants and shopping, 15 minutes to I-95 North/South exits, lots of commuter lots and bus stops and 15 minutes to the VRE station, area parks for recreation, lots of things to do. Light smoking ONLY. I smoke cigars. Absolutely no drug usage and this includes marijuana. Must be able to pass a background and credit check with a score of 600 or higher please. Firearms are welcome on the property providing they are legal and are secured at all times. I have the right to inspect them prior to you moving in.
