preferred applicant will work at existing job for a minimum of one year;

- Preferred applicant will have zero evictions;
- Having references from current employer and current Landlord would be a PLUS
- applicant needs to make three (3) times the rent per month to qualify and responsible for electric, gas, water and cable - max -1
- to Move in applicant will be required to provide security deposit ; two months rent plus the first month - cashier check. - - provide copies of their pay stubs (all sensitive data marked out except monthly salary and time in position) to prove monthly
- renter pays for background checks - $55 to Turbotenant and not Property Owner
- Interview with Property Manager
- preferred applicant will have a credit score of 600 or greater (if less, this can be discussed ie student loans etc.)
Ultimately we are seeking the right tenant - we owe this to our current tenants.
