About the Room: The bedroom is furnished, but if you have your own stuff and are staying long-ish-term, we can move the furniture out. It has air conditioning. Rent: $1350 p/m per bedroom room (for 90 days or more), $1550 p/m per bedroom for shorter stays (minimum stay 30 days). First month + last month + deposit. Utilities are included except for electricity. We will soon have a solar system. Electricity will be a flat fee of $50 per month plus the Hawaiian Electric bill divided evenly. Bonus Guest Room: We have set up the second living room (“family room” on the floorplan) as a living space that doubles as a sleeping area for houseguests. We’re so excited to finally have a dedicated room for visitors so that they don’t have to stay in Waikiki. As long as we coordinate and they don’t stay too long, your guests are welcome, too! Pets: We’d consider it. We don’t have any. Outdoor shower: it's great. A hot shower with a view of the Ko'olau mountains. Dealbreakers: Indoor smoking- drugs of any kind, even marijuana. About the laneway: It’s a private, shared laneway. Our neighbors are very particular about taking it slowly down the lane.
