The upstairs also has the primary bedroom used by the owner. The house is mostly furnished. Rent for a single bedroom is $1200 a month that includes water, sewer and trash. Tenants pays extra for electricity, propane, internet and cable. You'll love the location of this home in a private setting south of Breckenridge.
