The trailhead to hike the mountain is across the street. Moose frequent this area so you're likely to see them around. This is a great value enjoying private use of most of the home the majority of the time. We would like to find tenants to start their lease ASAP for a minimum of 12 months. Both bedrooms are on the ground level with a shared full bath and would be mostly just for the tenants and includes a family room, shared laundry and entry. Upstairs there is the kitchen, second living room and a half bath. The upstairs also has the primary bedroom and bath used by the owner when they are in town.
