Residential Lease Terms
Monthly Rent: $3,200
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A 3 day grace period is provided. After the 3rd a late fee will apply.
Lease Term: 12 months
Security Deposit: $3,200 (equal to one month's rent), due at lease signing.
Pet Fee: $300 non-refundable deposit total up to 2 pets allowed negotiable

Landlord will cover basic repairs for normal wear and tear, but will not replace any appliances.
If an appliance needs full replacement, that will be the tenant's responsibility.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn/yard care.
