We’re in one of the best Huntington Beach neighborhoods, and it’s always quiet here. I’m a 75 yr. old retired single man, and I'm looking for a MATURE individual who's generally the quiet type. (will consider SMALL DOG under 25 lbs) **Note: IF YOU WANT TO HEAR BACK FROM ME, PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL BELOW, AND IF INTERESTED, PLEASE RESPOND AS I’VE REQUESTED. The studio is fully-furnished with its own private bath. Has a nice little food prep station with all the basic kitchen items (dishes, cooking utensils, etc.) you’ll need to prepare light meals. NO STOVE OR COOKTOP, so it’s not set up for frying or baking (if you’re someone who likes to "cook" most of your meals from scratch, it’s NOT FOR YOU!). Microwave, 10 cubic fridge, Keurig, toaster, blender, rice cooker, twin mattress, linens/blankets/towels, 39" TV with Roku & Netflix, Paramount+, & AppleTV. Good WiFi, recliner, A/C., utilities all included. Access to washer & dryer (located in garage). Street parking only (right in front of the house). I require a $1500 security deposit (this can be used as full credit towards your final month if you give at least one month’s notice). No heavy drinking or drugs, and NO VAPING. No musical instruments and no loud music. I'm hoping to find someone who'd be the right fit for me here.
