RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
Monthly Rent is $1,150.00 for a 12-month lease. A 6-month lease may be offered for an additional monthly premium. Tenant pays all utilities regardless of rental term.
The Security Deposit (SD) is typically $1,150.00 if an application is approved; however, the SD may increase to up to double ($2,300.00). If approved, the security deposit must be paid and the lease signed within 2 business days from the time of application approval to secure the home and take it off the market. We can hold the home for up to 2 weeks from the date that the application is received. The security deposit, first month’s rent, and all fees are required to be paid in our office via bank-certified checks or money orders only.
Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with additional fees. All pets/animals must be included when submitting your application. Tenant is responsible for all utilities—electricity (GA Power), water/sewer (Augusta Utilities), and gas (any company servicing the area). Trash is included for one bin with the lid closed; tenant is responsible for any overages or additional fees.
PET POLICY:
• Up to 2 pets/animals maximum (accepted on a case-by-case basis).
• Pet Fee: $300 upfront, nonrefundable, per pet.
• Pet Rent: $30 per month per pet (nonrefundable).
• Responsibility: Tenants are monetarily responsible for all damages caused by pets.
