We can hold the home for up to 2 weeks from the date that the application is received. The security deposit, first month’s rent, and all fees are required to be paid in our office via bank-certified checks or money orders only. Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with additional fees. All pets/animals must be included when submitting your application. Tenant is responsible for all utilities—electricity (GA Power), water/sewer (Augusta Utilities), and gas (any company servicing the area). Trash is included for one bin with the lid closed; tenant is responsible for any overages or additional fees.
