The home has a total of five beds, two baths, and a storage room. One of the bathrooms is currently under construction, so in the interim there will be one decent sized bathroom. Living space includes the living room, kitchen, and laundry room all with full accessibility. The home also has a relatively large fenced in back yard (it's a clean slate for gardening if that's your thing)! Once the second bathroom construction is complete, the rent will increase to $4,200/month. This will likely be finished in October 2025, with an increase in November 2025. The living room and kitchen can be furnished and stocked if needed (this includes a couch, coffee table, tv, tv console, piano, kitchen ware - such as plates, utensils, cups, pots/pans, bakeware, etc., dining table, & storage shelves). The Rooms: There are two rooms on the upper level of the home. They both have carpet, a closet, and good natural lighting. They are approximately 130 sq. ft. These rooms are shown in the video and photos 1 & 2. There are three rooms on the lower level of the home. They all have hardwood flooring, a closet, and good natural lighting. One is approximately 140 sq. ft. and the other two are approximately 100 sq. ft. These rooms are shown in photos 3-6. The sixth room is on the lower level of the home. It has carpet, a closet, and good natural lighting. It is approximately 80 sq. ft. It has historically been used as a storage room, but could be used as a bedroom or office. Utilities & Security Deposit: Tenant(s) will be required to put utiliites in their name(s). Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
