Application Requirements
Each person 18 years of age or older who will reside in the home must complete an application.
Application fee: $50 per person over 18 (non-refundable).
Lease signing fee: $100 (due before move-in).
Income: Applicants must provide verifiable NET income equal to at least 3x the monthly rent.
Background: No felony convictions accepted. Misdemeanors within the last 5 years will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
Evictions: No evictions within the past 3 years.
Required Documentation
Applicants must upload their most current and consecutive two months of pay stubs into the Rent Butter application system. Incomplete income documentation will result in denial and may require reapplication.
Move-In Fees
Application Fee: $50 per person over 18
Lease Signing Fee: $100
Security Deposit: $975
Monthly Home Rent: $390
Monthly Lot Rent: $565
Trash Fee: $20
Pet Deposit: $100 per pet (if applicable)
Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
Cats and dogs 30 lbs. and under only.
Restricted breeds not permitted.
Current rabies vaccination records must be provided at lease signing for each animal.
Utilities
Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for water and electricity directly through the Robeson County Water Department & Duke Energy.
Important Reminders
All fees, including the $100 lease signing fee and move-in charges, are due before the move-in date.
Failure to meet application or documentation requirements will result in denial.
