Price is $650 and that includes all utilities and bills except of course your food and bathroom amenities. Rent is month to month but I am looking for and would prefer a long term renter. You would have the run of the house excepting roomies bedrooms. Privacy and Respect are a MUST here along with cleanliness. I'm a 39 yr.
