There are laminate wood floors throughout and forced air gas heat. The yard is shared and the landlord provides landscaping. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer & dryer hook ups. All utilities included in rent except internet/cable. Rent: $1,900.00 per month. Minimum gross household income: $5,700.00 per month (3 times monthly rent). TERMS: This property is located OUTSIDE Portland city limits and is not subject to the FAIR Ordinance. • All occupants 18 years of age and older will be financially responsible. • Minimum gross household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent • One year rental agreement. • NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. SCREENING PROCESS: • We review each application in the order it is received against our criteria. • During the initial evaluation of your application, we will: 1. Verify the gross household income meets the minimum for the unit using the documentation you provide 2. Verify photo ID for each applicant has been uploaded and the name on the photo ID matches the applicant’s name 3. Verify 6 years of residential history and 6 years of landlord contact information has been provided 4. Verify all supplemental documentation has been attached (ie, documentation for service / assistance / companion animal, etc). • If an incomplete application is received, it will be canceled upon receipt by Gordon Properties, Inc. • Once we have verified your application is complete and is first in line, we will email you a showing invitation. All showings are in-person and are scheduled Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
