Standard first month, last month, and posted REFUNDABLE damage deposit required prior to occupancy. Strong references and signed lease agreement with government-issued photo ID also required. Tenant must be at least 25 years old before February 1st. Tenant pays for (reimburses owner monthly) water and electricity. Professional $250 departure cleaning charge and flat $100 fee per dog (if applicable) due with initial payment. Owner pays for existing WiFi/satellite television packages, pool/hot tub service, yard service, and pest control service.
