IDENTITY VERIFICATION • For each applicant or co-signer, we will need a copy of your driver’s license or Military ID. EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION All occupants will need to make 3 times the amount of rent per month. • Please include four of your most recent pay stubs for verification. • If you are beginning a new employment position, please submit a letter of employment intention. • Military applicants may submit their 4 most recent LES. • If you are self-employed, please provide a copy of last year's tax documents or 6 months of recent bank statements; and a current Profit and Loss Statement. • We can also send verification of income if we feel the proper information has not been provided. CREDIT VERIFICATION • Credit scores of each applicant must be that of 600 or greater. • No Evictions, Judgements to past/present Landlords, utilities, etc. The Property Manager may approve a co-signer for a declined credit verification for an applicant with no credit but with good landlord references.
