this is a 3 bedroom upstairs apartment using the 2nd and 3rd floors. The rent includes the water and sewer, trash, and most of the heat. ( The renter pays his own electric bill. ( There is an electric heater the renter can use in the bedroom on the 3rd floor if necessary and that will be at his own expense. ( this is available but our past renters have not needed to use it. )
