This is rented year round as allergen-free, so if you have a pet, I am sorry, we cannot rent to you. I am not being rude or condescending when I deny your application for this reason, I just need to make sure I make sure my guests with pet allergy issues are safe. Any filing for evictions? 8) If your credit history is not good, are you prepared to pay first, last PLUS one months security deposit prior to moving in?
