Utilities are not included. Services are provided by Duke Energy and City of Archdale for power and water. Spectrum is the local company for internet. We do run a full credit and background check. Every adult (18 years +) must apply. Income must be a combined 2.5 times the rent. We look at rental and employment history as well as credit. Prior evictions are an automatic denial.
While we are pet friendly, for safety we do not rent to: Doberman, Pit Bull and similar Terrier breeds, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, German Shepherd, Mastiff, American bulldog, Bandog, wolf hybrids, Fila Brasileiro, Boerboel, Presa Canario, Dogo Argentino,Tosa Inu, or Husky. We do require a signed pet agreement, $200 pet deposit (refundable at the end of the lease minus damages) and $20 per month pet rent.
