Single family home in safe, quiet neighborhood. This is a 4 bedroom with 2 baths house. I’m only renting out the master bedroom which comes with the master bath and a master closet. Rent includes all utilities. I prefer a month or two rental duration. The other three rooms are getting renovated, but could make one or two rooms available, depending on the applicant who apply, of course rent would increase if more rooms are needed. It has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Includes all utilities with the rent payment. Ideally I would rent to one maybe two people and must pass the background check including good credit, employed, financially stable and if possible references with past landlords.
