Get up in the morning - Starbucks is next door, Rosemary Rocksalt Bagel is across the street and Loblaws City Market is kitty corner. The building is a beautiful vintage creation beautifully maintained - but created without an elevator. There is a parking carport out back. It is furnished and we would prefer to keep it that way. If you are looking for short term - i.e. 4 month minimum we are good with that but long term is also good.It's a five minute bus ride to the Sea Bus so if you're working in the city your day will start with a nice little ferry ride. To safe us both time you will need impeccable and verifiable references. The floor plan is for 202 so a mirror image.
