There are two parking spots out front, one large gravel spot that could fit a large vehicle and a driveway next to it. We added a brand new fence around the backyard and two large dog doors, dogs welcome! The bathroom has a new 3 option rain shower and spa bath. There is a new electronic fireplace in the living room, complete with heating. The backyard is very large (see video) On top of the three bedrooms, there is a large garage. I am looking for a tenant with a solid rental history who’d like to stay long term (two years or more). I’m willing to work with vouchered or section 8 tenants. My main concerns are getting tenants who won’t smoke in the house. Both the front and back door have keypad locks, no losing keys! Rent is $2000/month with a $2000 deposit. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis, no breed restrictions I just want to make sure pets are manageable and won’t bother the neighbors. Laundry hookups in the garage.
