Their presence will not affect your privacy or use of the home. Pet Policy: This is a Dog-friendly home & dogs are only accepted with an applicable pet fee per pet (Limit 2) & prior agreement. No cats or other pets allowed. Please note that there are neighbor dogs, chickens and livestock running loose in the neighborhood. All dogs must be kept on a leash outside (The backyard is NOT fully fenced). This is a vacation rental, please call regarding availability. Term from 1 to 6 months considered. Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
