Our property is located at 801 Meadowbrook Drive in Warrensburg, MO, near UCM, Whiteman, and WMMC. We completed a full remodel in the Spring of 2023 and we are currently leasing 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms! Pet Policy A Completed and Signed Pet Addendum MUST accompany EVERY lease where the tenant has a pet in/on the property for a period exceeding 24 hours (including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, or any other animals). Unless previously approved by Operations Director There are a limit of two (2) pets per rental unit and a maximum allowable weight of thirty-- five (35) lbs. per pet. Pet Rent One pet 25 pounds or under: $250.00 One pet over 25 pounds: $300.00 Two pets: $400.00 As noted above this is a non refundable fee and will not be returned.
