Washer/dryer available. Kitchen and living room are fully furnished. The back deck off the kitchen leads to the spacious yard. This house is on a dead-end street so plenty of privacy. The room is furnished with a Cal-King sized bed, dresser, nightstand, smart TV, window A/C unit. This room has an en-suite bathroom and 2 closets. I have new sheets/duvet cover to replace the pinks ones in the photos. Cats are allowed. 2 max. Refundable pet fee is $600/pet. Rent is $950. Move in costs are first month's rent, security deposit ($1425), and pet costs. Move in costs are due at lease signing. Self guided tours available with 24hrs notice.
