I'm open to male or female roomies, it doesn't matter to me as long as you're respectful. Ideally, I'd like someone here who is of similar age: 30. A little about me: I'm an engineer and own my own small business, so during the summer I'm rarely at the house, but during the winter I'm home a lot more. I like everything about the outdoors; fly fishing, hiking, off roading. It'd be cool to have a roommate interested in the same activities.
