Two car garage with electric opener and storage shelves. There are washer/dryer hookups in the laundry room (bring your own units). Back yard is fenced and has a nice patio and grass area. Water and sewer are included in rent. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, and TV/internet. Yard care is the tenant's responsibility. Please be sure you have your own equipment and time to mow and weed the yard, or be prepared to pay a landscaper to take care of it for you. One cat or dog is possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit and $50/month in pet rent. First and last month's rent, security deposit, and $350 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
