The El Sereno Apartments is centrally located within a short walking distance to the VA Hospital, a supermarket, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, McDonalds and many restaurants. We are a mid-sized complex, large enough to have great on-site professional management and maintenance, small enough that you know your neighbors and our team. We are proud of how long our residents have been with us and call El Sereno their home. We strive to make things convenient for our residents with things like online rent payment, mobile payment for laundry and keeping fees to a minimum. You can always reach us on-site at the office or by text or e-mail. Utilities: Resident pays gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewer and trash. If you have a housing voucher, Sec 8 will reduce your rent payment to cover gas and electric. If you use less, you save the difference. Pet Policy: Dogs and cats allowed, up to 2 pets with a maximum combined weight of 70 lbs. One-time non-refundable fee of $250 per pet. Application Fee: $30 per adult Holding Fee: $100, due when applicant is approved. Will be applied to security deposit. If the applicant chooses not to proceed with the lease, the fee becomes non-refundable. Other Fees: 1. Late Rent Fee: 5% of the monthly rent 2. Returned Item Fee (insufficient funds): $25 3.
