ABSOULUTELY no smoking and/or drug use in the room, in the house, or anywhere on the property..... Also NO PETS allowed without prior authorization....... NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS allowed unless prior permission is obtained from the landlord...... Guests aren't allowed to rearrange the furniture in the suite without prior permission from the landlord. ....
