18 E. Burns is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with vinyl flooring, updated paint, open living and dining area. One year lease required. Renter will be responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Pets are allowed but there is a $400 pet fee per pet - 2 pets max. Security Deposit is the same as the rent, $975. Income must be at least 3 times the rent and verified with paystubs. Minimum income required is $2900. No evictions in the last 2 years. Application must be turned into our office before scheduling a showing. App fee due after showing, if moving to next step.
