Beautiful new construction home, recently completed in 2025. This property is centrally located two blocks from the beach and the main street of Sea Coast, where you will find restaurants, shops, parks, and bus stops. And two blocks away from Palm Street, which will take you to Coronado, shopping center, restaurants, and access to the freeway. This is a 3-bedroom and 3.5 bathroom with laminated floors throughout the house, except for the bathrooms and powder room (they all have travertine floors), tall ceilings, and fans in every room and living area. The house has a front yard, with a driveway to a one-car garage (driveway can park two cars), a gated backyard with a garden, and on top of the house a big rooftop deck where you can see and hear the ocean and enjoy nice sunsets.
