There is a large covered deck with lake view, with plenty of seating, table and gas grill. Living room has large seating area, 50" smart TV Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, and dishware/flatware. GENERAL: Included high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, A/C, beach towels. There is a dock on property with lake access and an open dock slip available. Next door is Chestnut Point Park. Amenities include shuffleboard and boccee ball. Renters get full access to all Keowee Key Amenities (renter pays applicable costs) ABOUT KEOWEE KEY: Amenity rich gated resort, award winning golf, marinas, boat landings, 2 saltwater outdoor pools, 1 heated Jr. Olympic-size indoor pool in the health facility, beaches, horseshoes, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball courts, a 2.5-mile lakeside leisure walking trail, a 2.1-mile terrain hiking trail, activity center and classes, free weights, exercise equipment, racquetball, basketball, yoga, massage therapists, chiropractor and men's and women's locker rooms each with whirlpools and saunas.
