The kitchen is where the washer and dryer are located and the back door for easy access to the two car garage. The bedroom is a good size with a nice closet. Access to the bathroom is in the bedroom. There is not much for a back yard because of the large two car garage, in addition to the two parking spaces in the garage there is additional parking on the driveway off the alley. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer and garbage is through the city of Mitchell. Gas and Electricity is through NorthWestern Energy. Any desired cable and internet would be through Midco. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 pet rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
