We'll run credit checks upon application, but we have reasonable expectations here. The fee is $75 for this, but if you pass the check and sign a lease we'll apply the cost to your deposit. You'll be expected to provide First Month/Last Month/Security when signing the lease. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A pet deposit will be added to the rent.
