One-story, 3500 sq ft house, with energy efficient double-pane windows, well-maintained common areas with cleaning lady and gardener visits. My husband and I pay fixed utilities and we cover a large portion of water and SDGE-gas to encourage conserving on bills based on consumption. Garage storage not provided. RENT INCLUDES: SDGE-electric, Internet, sewer, trash (water and SDGE-gas is shared, though as stated, we pay the bulk for both).
