The property is regularly accessed by other people for fishing, walking, and other outdoor activities. Because of the rental only being for the house, property maintenance (ie. mowing, trimming, etc.) will not be the renter's responsibility. Maximum 3 occupants. Trash, Water, Electricity, and Internet are renter's responsibility. Sewer is included (septic). No smoking permitted. Pets: Up to 2 small dogs allowed with additional $35 monthly fee per dog. Cats not allowed. Parking is shared in a large gravel drive, but there will be reserved spots for renters. One vehicle per occupant allowed unless prior approval given. This is a 1 year lease but is negotiable depending on needs. Will be a minimum of 6 months.
