The unit features two private entrances, shared mid-level storage, and access to a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet for ample storage. Heating is provided by electric baseboard (no gas) and there is no A/C. Tenants have ample garage storage for belongings (no vehicle parking) and two off-street parking spaces for easy parking. A large, shared backyard with patio adds outdoor living space. Tenant is responsible for half of utilities as well as lawn care and snow removal. The owner lives upstairs and manages the property. No smoking is allowed inside or outside. One small dog is permitted with owner approval but must not bark excessively and cannot be left home alone all day. This property is ideal for tenants seeking a private, updated space with access to shared amenities and a flexible lease with possible renewal in July.
