Rental Qualifications:
Tenants combined income must be equal to 2.5x monthly rent
Tenants must have a minimum of 1 year of clean, verifiable rental history
A credit score of 650 or less will require an additional deposit, but must still be clean with no dings or negative credit
Tenants must have a clean credit report. Any negative dings on credit report are grounds for application denial
Any past evictions are ground for immediate rejection
All occupants over the age of 18 must complete an application
Certain criminal convictions may impact your ability to be considered
Rental insurance will be required
