The kitchenette has recently been updated to have a large kitchen sink, a large butcher block countertop and a dryer/washer unit. Note that the kitchenette does not have an oven and the dryer/washer is a 2-in-1 model with a heat pump dryer that is similar to what is used in Europe and Latin America and is meant for smaller loads and to be supplemented with hang drying. The apt is well equipped with drying racks and retractable clotheslines to make air drying clothes convenient. Living room - Guest will have access to a smart TV where they can access entertain through their individual subscriptions. The living room is also furnished with a versatile table that can be used for dining and also as a workspace. The futon in the living room can fold down to a very comfortable full bed to allow a total of 4 guests to stay in the apartment overnight.
