From there the common areas are SHARED with other community members of the estate. There is a gated courtyard with fountain for community members to enjoy. All rooms are SINGLE RESIDENT OCCUPANCY. ***ANIMALS UNDER 30 lbs FULLY GROWN **** with $25 pet fee/mo. Of note I only own this one property and it is shared housing with small animals in shared spaces. This is not subject to ESA rules. However I do not charge a pet deposit.
