All adults 18 years and older who will reside in the unit need to complete an application, which will include a credit check, background check, and rental history. Applications are $55/per person. First month’s rent and $500 deposit due at time of move-in. We require that tenants set up automatic monthly payments to avoid missed payments and late charges.
