This is a cozy space designed to be a mid-term rental unit (30-90 days) with an in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen, and full bath as well as a lovely covered private patio area. Our building is close to several hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, tourist attractions, and public transportation. We require a background and credit screening (paid by the prospective tenant) and will send you a request to complete that prior to approval or collecting any other deposits or fees. PET POLICY: We allow one small pet under 35 pounds with a non-refundable $200 pet fee. BOOKING & HOLDING POLICY: To ensure fairness to all traveling professionals, we require a non-refundable Holding Deposit of $300 to secure your dates and take the property off the market. • Peace of Mind: Once you occupy the unit, this holding deposit automatically converts into your refundable security deposit for the duration of your stay. There is no separate security deposit required. • Cancellation Note: Because our units are held specifically for your chosen dates, the holding deposit is non-refundable if you choose to back out prior to move-in for any reason. • Contract Delays: We understand hospital and other work contract timelines can shift! If your agency delays your start date, we will gladly adjust your move-in date (subject to availability) rather than cancel your stay. Please simply let us know! We require that the cleaning fee and the first month's rent be paid in advance of your stay, after the lease is signed. Please consider having renters' insurance on your personal property. Our insurance will not cover your personal property. Thank you!
