This unit can sleep 1 adult, and we are offering rates lower than short-term stay providers or hotels for June and July (based on 30 or more days of occupancy). Our 30-day rate works out to only $155/night! This is a cozy space with an in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen, and full bath as well as a lovely covered private patio area. Our building is close to hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, tourist attractions, and public transportation. The first month's rent, $300 deposit, and $250 cleaning fee are required in advance. We can also arrange weekly cleaning service during the World Cup time period, if that interests you. Of course, the deposit is refundable provided the property is left in good condition. We do allow one small pet under 35 pounds with a refundable $200 pet deposit.
