This is a cozy space designed to be a mid-term rental unit (30-90 days) with an in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen, and full bath as well as a lovely covered private patio area. Our building is close to several hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, tourist attractions, and public transportation. The first month's rent, $300 deposit, and $250 cleaning fee are required in advance. Of course, the deposit is refundable provided the property is left in good condition. We do allow one small pet under 35 pounds with a $200 pet deposit, but there is no fenced yard. We require a background and credit screening and will send you a request to do that. We also prefer that you have renter's insurance on your personal property. Our insurance will not cover your personal property. Thank you!
