It is perfect for traveling nurses, medical or nursing students, tourists, and business people. Our building is close to hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, tourist attractions, and public transportation. The first month's rent, deposit, and $250 cleaning fee are required in advance. Of course, the deposit is refundable provided the property is left in good condition. We do allow one small pet under 35 pounds with a refundable $200 pet deposit. We require a background and credit screening and will send you a request to do that. We also prefer that you have renter's insurance on your personal property. Our insurance will not cover your personal property. Thank you!
