RV Spaces are Rented at the following rates by the size of the space: Length: 0-30ft w/electric included $785.00 or w/metered monthly electric billed back $765.00 Length: 31-45ft w/electric included $800.00 or w/metered monthly electric billed back $775.00 Length: 46-Max ft w/electric included $850.00 or w/metered monthly electric billed back $800.00 Meadowlark RV Monthly Space Rental All RV's Must Be 15yrs or Newer. See space for size and amp details. All animals will need proper shot records -- Breed restrictions apply. All dog(s) must be spayed/neutered prior to being approved. MEADOWLARK RV PARK RULES: All incoming, transfering and/or returning residents for Monthly Renting must complete the screening process and sign the rental agreement prior to parking their RV in a space. All RV's must be 15 years of age or newer and maintained in proper condition. All hookups must be proper RV hoses and/or Electrical Hookups…ie…no standard garden hoses and/or residential interior/exterior extension cords. All sewer lines must be off the ground and properly supported. No water leaks allowed - not even a slow drip. Park Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am Disturbing the quiet enjoyment of others will not be permitted at any time of day or night. For the safety of all the following items are not permitted: No swimming Pools or trampolines permitted. All vehicles must maintain a speed of 5 mph while in the park. No indoor appliances stored/used/plugged in outdoors. All outdoor appliances must be approved by management prior to installation. Temporary/permanent fencing is not permitted. Canopy(ies), Patio Umbrella's and all other types of shade Coverings are not permitted. All dogs must be leashed, with a person in control of the leash at all times when any dog is outside of the RV. No tethering/chaining/tying dog up to be outside unattended. Maximum of 3 animals - maximum of 2 dogs and 1 -3 indoor cats. Owners must promptly pick up their dog waste and dispose of it properly - this includes at the dog park! Charcoal BBQ's are not allowed. Electric Smokers/Grills/Other cooking devices are prohibited as they overload the electric capacity for the RV space. Open Burn or Fire Pits are not allowed. No additional storage buildings.
