Our Plaza East Townhouses are spacious with central air and heat. All of Plaza East has recently been updated with smart thermostats by Honeywell for easy temperature controls and efficient usage. Fully equipped kitchen – stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher – makes it easier than ever to cook at home. The open floor concept easily connects tenants to their living room area, where they can sit cozy by the fireplace. The townhouse floorplan allocates the ground floor to common spaces and includes the patio and a half bath (great for having guests!). Private spaces, like bedrooms and full-size bathrooms, are upstairs. Each unit has an in-unit washer and dryer; a private laundromat on the property is also available! We are a pet-friendly property – ask our office for details on our pet policy. Rent includes water/sewer (capped at $300/quarter), internet, and cable. Our experienced maintenance team, led by Ron, is responsive to requests – he will tend to it within a day! They take care of snow removal, as well as other needs on the grounds.
