Self-employed applicants: Provide the last two years of Form 1099s or annual tax returns. Landlord Verification: Provide landlord contact information for the past 3–5 years of residency. Pets: We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand and comply with the property’s pet and animal policies—this is required even if you do not have a pet.
