Property Id: 2408064 I am looking to rent out 2 spare rooms in my home. Rent is contingent on how the house payment is divided up by tenants. For example... myself in the master bedroom and 2 tenants in each of the spare rooms the rent will be $700 per room with all house access available. A single adult with a child occupying the w bedrooms will be $1100. Adolescent, well behaved children ok. Dogs are ok as long as they are small to medium sized and house trained. Also non aggressive. Cats are ok if they don't spray or potty outside of the litter box. A lease agreement of 6 months minimum is required. Deposit is equal to the amount of rent. First and deposit required at move in.
