Our company bought the building several years ago and renovated all 3 apartments. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several bus stops as well as the park and several fantastic restaurants on Bryant Street.
There is limited off street parking, coin-operated laundry in the basement and a shared yard. All of our properties are smoke free and pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
