The owner can provide a fairly new push mower and trimmer, but they will not maintain them. Alternatively, lawncare can be provided for an additional $100 added to the rental rate. The personal items in all of the photos will be removed before move-in. One adult cat or an adult dog of an approved breed is allowed with owner authorization and a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
