The house is on a perimeter lot with a pond and cultivated Palm trees abutting the back yard. The Kitchen, Living room and Bathroom have tile floors. The Bedrooms are carpeted. The house has all the appliances including washer and dryer. We will consider a small pet. We require First Month and Last Months rent plus a security deposit prior to occupancy. Renter is responsible for all utilities. We recommend that the renter gets renters insurance as our insurance does not cover the renters personal property. The renter is required to comply to all the communities HOA rules and regulations. We will be accepting rental applications and performing credit and background checks
