There is a new washer and dryer in the garage. Cleaning Fee Policy A one-time cleaning fee is charged for each stay. This fee is applied solely to cover the cost of standard turnover services after checkout, which include professional cleaning, laundering of linens, and sanitization of the property. This cleaning fee does not cover damages, missing or broken items, or excessive messes left behind. Guests/tenants will be held financially responsible for any such costs in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
