Incredible apartment in a beautiful historic Italian villa. It is about 5 mins walking to Union Sq, and about 12 to Porter (although there is a bus at the end of the street).
This house is absolutely gorgeous and has 8 units total. There is a nice large yard and garden as well!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with an eat-in kitchen, white walls, laundry and storage in the basement, dishwasher, very recently updated!!
As it is a historic house, the design of the apartment is incredible. The ceilings are amazingly high. ALL CHARM!
