This is unit 404 on the top floor. We've got an elevator and 2 washers & 2 dryers in the basement (which means is 24hr accessible, also card operated $1.50 each). Our parking is currently all rented out but you'd be first on the waitlist if needed. Parking is at market rate.
Tenant pays electricity directly to Seattle City Light. Water/Sewer/Garbage are paid by tenant to Guardian.
